- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), and place a pizza stone inside if available.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add the Cheese: Brush the dough with olive oil, then evenly distribute the mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cheeses. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the Pizza: Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone or bake on a sheet for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheeses are bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Let the pizza cool slightly before adding fresh basil, slicing, and enjoying!
