Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix 4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 package of active dry yeast.
Gradually add 1 1/4 cups of warm water and 1/4 cup of olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large skillet, cook the diced pancetta and ham until slightly crispy. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, the cooked Italian sausages, cooked pancetta, and ham.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 4 beaten eggs to the mixture. Mix well.
