  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Prepare the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in red pepper flakes.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp in a single layer to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until pink and opaque.
  • Deglaze the Pan: Pour in white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Let the wine reduce by half, about 2 minutes.
  • Combine: Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic and shrimp mixture. If needed, add reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Finish: Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
