- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 2 hours.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Prepare the Salad Base:
- On a large platter or salad bowl, arrange the mixed leafy greens as the base.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Add the grilled chicken strips on top of the greens. Arrange the avocado slices, mozzarella, and tomato slices around the chicken. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad.
- Drizzle and Serve:
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
